What is a Harmony Day? A Harmony Day is a meditation and relaxation workshop, designed to inspire you onto a path of clarity and calm. You'll feel relaxed, refreshed and re-energised on the day. And you'll experience and learn a range of effective, practical techniques for managing stress and anxiety in your life and at work. As you use these techniques over time, you'll feel more confident, more creative, and develop a more positive, relaxed approach to your life.
