Then come along to one of our open workshops and invite calm into your life! We'll help you experience and learn a wide range of techniques that will put you on a path to a more relaxed you.

What you get out of attending our open meditation and relaxation workshops

  • A day in which you'll experience and learn meditations, breathing and relaxation exercises, light yoga stretching and Chi Kung
  • A 60 page manual to take away with you, giving you guidance as to how to bring these techniques into your day-to-day work and life
  • A meditation journal, which you can use to map out and record your mediation experiences following the workshop
  • A CD of Harmony Day meditations to use as you succeed in bringing calm into your life

Format of our meditation and relaxation workshops

  • Held on one Saturday per month in Surrey (Godalming or Guildford)
  • Run from midday until 5pm, with a 45-minute lunch break
  • Up to 15 participants
  • Wear comfortable clothes, no need to bring mats or blankets
  • We do the best we can to create a friendly, welcoming and open atmosphere, in which people are able to relax and spend time in quiet contemplation, and ask questions and share their experiences if they wish to

Costs of our meditation and relaxation workshops

Open to everyone at a cost of £49, including our comprehensive manual, meditation journal and Harmony Days CD for you to use at home.
